All our meat and poultry is local + free range + hormone + antibiotic free. Fresh seafood is sourced locally and wild caught where possible. Unless specified, our food is prepared with moderate spice levels to accommodate every palate. Hot sauces are available on your table - but please ask your server if you REALLY  want to spice up your life!
